For solutions from inside the system, we must rely on the Bylaws and Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM, Updated 2021):
Make motions during a Special Membership Meeting (Jan 2026)
Petition with 10%+ of eligible membership's support for an earlier Special Membership Meeting (60-90 days in Advance)
Eligible is defined as being a member of an Affiliate Chapter and RID which is a much lower number than the total RID membership. So it is more achievable. Can somebody verify this?

There are multiple options outside RID and most of them are legal. It is often best to keep legal strategy confidential but I will share here whatever I can without causing harm. Just know that many people are actively working on this problem from different angles.
